Novi apartman sa stilskim interijerom u novom stambenom kompleksu FABLIFE u Bečićima/Budvi, samo nekoliko minuta od plaže, šetališta, kafića i supermarketa. Apartman ima ukupnu površinu od 55 m² i namijenjen je za 4 odrasle osobe (+1 beba u pomocni krevetac). Sastoji se od zasebne spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s kaučem na razvlačenje, terase s pogledom na more i okolinu, kuhinje, trpezarije za 4 osobe i kupatila. Apartman je opremljen svim modernim sadržajima: ves masinim, masinom za sudje, sušilicom, rernom i ravnom pločom, aspiratorom, velikim hladnjakom – sve marke Bosch, klima uređajima u svakoj sobi, Wi-Fi, TV, Dolce Gusto aparatom za kafu, električnim kuhalom za vodu, mikrotalasnom, tosterom, peglom i fenom za kosu. Po želji su dostupni visoka stolica za hranjenje i dječji krevetić.

Apartman se nalazi na 6 spratu, a zgrada ima lift. Ima privatno parking mjesto u garaži.

A lovely and clean apartment on the top floor, in a secure location, within walking distance to
everything nearby. It’s less than a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach, where you can rent an
umbrella and chair for 10-15 euros. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The
apartment had all the necessary amenities for cooking breakfast. It’s close enough to all the
attractions but just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the major hotels. We would
definitely choose to stay here again.

It was a very nice stay at Marina’s place, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach (although the way there and back is quite steep). The terrace with a beautiful view of the bay was definitely one of our favorite things, and there’s also an accessible public swimming pool nearby. The A/C in the living room was a bit weaker than the one in the bedroom, so those sleeping on the sofa struggled a little at night. Apart from that, the flat had everything we could possibly need, thanks to Marina, we were even able to do our laundry!

Walking distance to the beach . Marina was super helpful and responsive , and accommodated all of our needs, including sending someone to fix something we needed help with right away. The apartment was perfectly suited for our family of 6, fully stocked kitchen , walk in closet with extra towels, a crib and more. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back !!

התארחנו אצל מרינה בדירה מס’ 1 ל 3 לילות, המיקום של הבית מעולה עם ירידה לים נוחה. הדירה מאובזרת ונקיה, לא היה חסר כלום. ליד הדירה יש סופר קרוב ומאפייה מעולה, המיקום נוח מאוד לבלות בחופים של האזור וגם ממרכז העיר בנסיעה קצרה, מרינה דאגה להנחות אותנו בנושא המיסוי העירוני ואפילו ביצעה זאת בשבילנו בלי להטריח אותנו. תודה מרינה היה מושלם!

Нам очень понравилось семейное пребывание в этих апартаментах. Особенно впечатлили потрясающие виды — завтракать на балконе, любуясь горами и заливом, было настоящим удовольствием. Квартира была чистой, уютной и полностью соответствовала описанию. Мы также с удовольствием пользовались бассейном на территории. Марина всегда была на связи и быстро отвечала на наши вопросы. Во время отдыха возникла небольшая проблема с кондиционером в одной из спален, но её оперативно решили в течение нескольких дней. Спасибо за приятный отдых!

The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was even better than the photos! The location is excellent, and the property truly stands out among the many places to stay in Kotor. The 2Montenegro team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We had a pleasant holiday in this lovely house with beautiful views. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Bath towels were provided, and it’s worth bringing your own shampoo and personal toiletries.
