Novi stan u najboljem dijelu naselja Dobrota sa panoramnim pogledom na Bokokotorski zaliv. 2 spavaće sobe, pogled na more, bogat komplet kućnih aparata. Stan je predviđen za 6 osobe (za bebe imamo prenosivi krevetić i stolicu za hranjenje). Treći sprat, parking, wifi, netflix, smartTV, klima u svim sobama. Maksimalno opremljena i funkcionalna kuhinja za zahtjevnu domaćicu: mašina za suđe, rerna, šporet, mikrotalasna, čajnik, Dolce Gusto aparat za kafu, toster, veliki frižider i obimni set posuđa. Parking za automobil.

Šetalište Dobrote i najbliža plaža udaljeni su oko 400 metara (oblast hotela “Huma” 5*), odlični restorani su pored mora (Konoba Portun), a do starog grada Kotora je 5 minuta taksijem ili 30 minuta pješke po šetalištu.

Minimalna rezervacija: 7 dana. Pri rezervaciji kraćoj od 7 noći dodatno se naplaćuje 50 eura naknade za čišćenje. Dodatno se plaća turistička taksa od 1 euro/dan za svaku odraslu osobu i 0,5 eura/dan za dete od 12-18 godina.

Pravila rezervacije: za podtvrdu rezervacije se unosi 50% od njene cjelokupne cijene, ostatak se plača prilikom prijave u apartament. U cijenu ulazi razmještanje u apartament, a turistička taksa, dodatno čišćenje i promjena posteljine se plaća odvojeno. Po zahtjevu moguća je organizacija susreta u aeroportu, transfera, vanrednih čišćenja i ekskurzija.

A lovely and clean apartment on the top floor, in a secure location, within walking distance to
everything nearby. It’s less than a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach, where you can rent an
umbrella and chair for 10-15 euros. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The
apartment had all the necessary amenities for cooking breakfast. It’s close enough to all the
attractions but just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the major hotels. We would
definitely choose to stay here again.

It was a very nice stay at Marina’s place, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach (although the way there and back is quite steep). The terrace with a beautiful view of the bay was definitely one of our favorite things, and there’s also an accessible public swimming pool nearby. The A/C in the living room was a bit weaker than the one in the bedroom, so those sleeping on the sofa struggled a little at night. Apart from that, the flat had everything we could possibly need, thanks to Marina, we were even able to do our laundry!

We had a pleasant holiday in this lovely house with beautiful views. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Bath towels were provided, and it’s worth bringing your own shampoo and personal toiletries.

Нам очень понравилось семейное пребывание в этих апартаментах. Особенно впечатлили потрясающие виды — завтракать на балконе, любуясь горами и заливом, было настоящим удовольствием. Квартира была чистой, уютной и полностью соответствовала описанию. Мы также с удовольствием пользовались бассейном на территории. Марина всегда была на связи и быстро отвечала на наши вопросы. Во время отдыха возникла небольшая проблема с кондиционером в одной из спален, но её оперативно решили в течение нескольких дней. Спасибо за приятный отдых!

The host was very responsive and helpful, especially with directions to the property. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ drive from the Old Town, and waking up to beautiful sea views was a real highlight. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

The apartment was in a perfect location for our stay in Budva and was very easy to access. The views from the windows were absolutely stunning. We were aware of the parking situation in advance, but chose to pay for parking so we could have easy access to our car. Overall, we had a great stay!

We loved the location. The apartment is outside the busy tourist area, yet the Old Town is close and inexpensive to reach by taxi. There’s a convenient beach and restaurants within walking distance.
