Odličan apartman za citavu porodicu ili prijatele. Prostran stan od 130 m2 na samo 15 metara od šetališta u Dobroti sa restoranima i plažom, kao i dugačkog šetališta. Besplatan privatni parking, Wi-Fi, panoramski pogled na more sa 2 balkona, 2 kupatila, 2 spavaće sobe (jedna sa garderobom, a druga sa stolom za laptop), i potpuno opremljena kuhinja i trpezarija za 6 osoba. Osećate se kao kod kuće daleko od kuće. U blizini se nalazi supermarket, autobusko stajaliste, restorani.

Stan se nalazi na 2. spratu (bez lifta). Mašina za veš i masina za sidje, aparat za kafu na kapsule, mikrotalasna, rerna, toster, kuvalo za vodu, kompletan set posuđa. Klima u svakoj prostoriji, centralno grejanje tople vode.

Donji out je udaljen 15 metara, tu je odma javna plaža i nekoliko restorana. Dečje igralište udaljeno 250 metara. Stajalište javnog prevoza udaljeno je 200 metara od kuće, tako da možete koristiti lokalni autobus da dođete do starog grada Kotora i drugih mesta. CITI supermarket se nalazi pored autobuske stanice, udaljen oko 250 metara. Tu je i dobra pekara i roštilj Pekara AS.

The apartment was in a perfect location for our stay in Budva and was very easy to access. The views from the windows were absolutely stunning. We were aware of the parking situation in advance, but chose to pay for parking so we could have easy access to our car. Overall, we had a great stay!

Walking distance to the beach . Marina was super helpful and responsive , and accommodated all of our needs, including sending someone to fix something we needed help with right away. The apartment was perfectly suited for our family of 6, fully stocked kitchen , walk in closet with extra towels, a crib and more. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back !!

התארחנו אצל מרינה בדירה מס’ 1 ל 3 לילות, המיקום של הבית מעולה עם ירידה לים נוחה. הדירה מאובזרת ונקיה, לא היה חסר כלום. ליד הדירה יש סופר קרוב ומאפייה מעולה, המיקום נוח מאוד לבלות בחופים של האזור וגם ממרכז העיר בנסיעה קצרה, מרינה דאגה להנחות אותנו בנושא המיסוי העירוני ואפילו ביצעה זאת בשבילנו בלי להטריח אותנו. תודה מרינה היה מושלם!

It was a very nice stay at Marina’s place, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach (although the way there and back is quite steep). The terrace with a beautiful view of the bay was definitely one of our favorite things, and there’s also an accessible public swimming pool nearby. The A/C in the living room was a bit weaker than the one in the bedroom, so those sleeping on the sofa struggled a little at night. Apart from that, the flat had everything we could possibly need, thanks to Marina, we were even able to do our laundry!

Нам очень понравилось семейное пребывание в этих апартаментах. Особенно впечатлили потрясающие виды — завтракать на балконе, любуясь горами и заливом, было настоящим удовольствием. Квартира была чистой, уютной и полностью соответствовала описанию. Мы также с удовольствием пользовались бассейном на территории. Марина всегда была на связи и быстро отвечала на наши вопросы. Во время отдыха возникла небольшая проблема с кондиционером в одной из спален, но её оперативно решили в течение нескольких дней. Спасибо за приятный отдых!

Die Wohnung lag in der Nähe eines Basketballplatzes, was für uns besonders wichtig war. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man während eines Urlaubs benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

The host was very responsive and helpful, especially with directions to the property. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ drive from the Old Town, and waking up to beautiful sea views was a real highlight. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!
