Parking dostupan.

Stan se nalazi u stambenoj zoni, a istovremeno na pješačkoj udaljenosti od svih atrakcija starog grada Kotora. Doni put odnosno setaliste sa kafićima i restoranima je oko 400 metara nizbrdo (ima i stepenice). Najbliža plaža je udaljena 10 minuta hoda. Taksi do starog grada Kotora koštaće oko 7-8 eura.

Za odmor na plaži atraktivna je upravo Dobrota. Dobrota ima male šljunčane plaže i spor saobraćaj ne ometa šetnju. Ovde ćete pronaći hotele Forza Terra i Huma sa 5 zvezdica, nekoliko tradicionalnih kafića i restorana, uključujući restoran konoba Portun, koji vole lokalno stanovništvo i turisti.

A lovely and clean apartment on the top floor, in a secure location, within walking distance to
everything nearby. It’s less than a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach, where you can rent an
umbrella and chair for 10-15 euros. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The
apartment had all the necessary amenities for cooking breakfast. It’s close enough to all the
attractions but just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the major hotels. We would
definitely choose to stay here again.

Walking distance to the beach . Marina was super helpful and responsive , and accommodated all of our needs, including sending someone to fix something we needed help with right away. The apartment was perfectly suited for our family of 6, fully stocked kitchen , walk in closet with extra towels, a crib and more. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back !!

It was a very nice stay at Marina’s place, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach (although the way there and back is quite steep). The terrace with a beautiful view of the bay was definitely one of our favorite things, and there’s also an accessible public swimming pool nearby. The A/C in the living room was a bit weaker than the one in the bedroom, so those sleeping on the sofa struggled a little at night. Apart from that, the flat had everything we could possibly need, thanks to Marina, we were even able to do our laundry!

Die Wohnung lag in der Nähe eines Basketballplatzes, was für uns besonders wichtig war. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man während eines Urlaubs benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had a pleasant holiday in this lovely house with beautiful views. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Bath towels were provided, and it’s worth bringing your own shampoo and personal toiletries.

The apartment was in a perfect location for our stay in Budva and was very easy to access. The views from the windows were absolutely stunning. We were aware of the parking situation in advance, but chose to pay for parking so we could have easy access to our car. Overall, we had a great stay!
