The apartment is equipped with all modern amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, oven and hob, extractor fan, large refrigerator, air conditioning in every room, smart home, internet, TV, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, iron, and hairdryer. Upon request, a high chair for feeding and a crib are provided.

The building has a lift and paid parking.

– Direct access to the Budva waterfront; public sandy beaches, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within walking distance
– Paid parking next to the condo

Fees & taxes
– Final cleaning fee: applied for stays under 7 nights (added to final quote)
– Tourist tax: €1 per adult/day; €0.50 per day for children 12–18 (paid separately)

Booking & payment terms
– 50% prepayment required to confirm booking; remaining balance due at check‑in
– 50% prepayment refundable within 48 hours of booking unless check‑in is within 2 weeks (then different policy applies)
– Price includes accommodation only; tourist tax, extra cleaning and linen changes (on request) are extra
– On request: airport pickup/transfer, additional cleaning, guided tours (extra charge)
