Harmonia B601: a luxurious new apartment in the prestigious Harmonia by Dukley condo in Becici/Budva, walkable to the beach and right on Budva waterfront. Panoramic views of the sea and mountains from glass wall.

The 65 m2 apartment sleeps up to for 4 adults (+1 infant) and consists of a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a walk-in closet, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a dining area for 4 people. Thanks to panoramic glazing from all rooms, the apartment offers magnificent views of the sea, mountains, and the village of Becici. The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences: washing machine, oven and hob, extractor hood, large refrigerator, air conditioning in each room, smart home control, internet, TV, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, iron, and hairdryer. Upon request, a high chair for feeding and a baby crib are provided.

The building has a lift (the apartment is on the 6th floor) and paid parking.

Harmonia condo is adjacent to Dukley complex and has access to its beach (for a fee) and restaurants. Public sandy beaches, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance, and the building opens directly onto the waterfront.

Cleaning fee: for bookings less than 7 nights, final cleaning fee is added on top of nights cost – its included in your final quote. Additionally, a tourist tax of 1 euro per day for each adult and 0.5 euros per day for children aged 12-18 is payable.

Terms and conditions: To confirm a booking a 50% prepayment is required, with the remaining amount paid upon check-in. 50% prepayment is refundable in the 48 hours after making the reservation unless checkin date is closer than 2 weeks. The price includes accommodation in the apartments. Tourist tax, extra cleaning and linen change (upon request) are paid separately. Upon request, airport pick-up, transfer, additional cleaning, and guided tours can be arranged.
