Harmonia: luxurious apartment in the prestigious Harmonia condo on Zavala peninsular in Budva, just 50 meters from the beach with panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

The apartment, with a total area of 100 m2, is intended for 6 adults (+1 infant) and has two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a walk-in closet, full bathroom, a kitchen, and a dining area for 6 guests. Thanks to panoramic windows in the living room, the apartment boasts panoramic view of the sea, mountains, and Becici beach. The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences: washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, oven and hob, extractor hood, large refrigerator, air conditioning in each room, smart home control, internet, TV, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, iron, and hairdryer. Upon request, high chair and a baby crib are provided.

The building has an elevator and paid parking.

Harmonia residential complex also hosts Harmonia hotel by Dukley so in summer 2 restaurants are open in the building, as well as Dukley restaurants in the beach. Our gusts have access to Dukley beach (for an additional fee) and restaurants. Other than than, public sandy beaches od Budva and Becici, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are within easy walking distance, and the building opens directly onto the waterfront.

Minimum booking: 7 days. For bookings of less than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros is charged. Additionally, a tourist tax of 1 euro per day for each adult and 0.5 euros per day for children aged 12-18 is payable.

Booking rules: To confirm a booking, a 50% prepayment of the booking amount is required, with the remaining amount paid upon check-in. The price includes accommodation in the apartments. Tourist tax, and additional cleaning and linen changes (upon request) are paid separately. Upon request, airport pick-up, transfer, additional cleaning, and guided tours can be arranged.
