The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences: washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, oven and hob, extractor hood, large refrigerator, air conditioning in each room, smart home control, internet, TV, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, iron, and hairdryer. Upon request, high chair and a baby crib are provided.

– Tourist tax: €1 per adult/day; €0.50 per day for children 12–18 (paid separately)

Booking & payment terms
– 50% prepayment required to confirm booking; remaining balance due at check‑in
– 50% prepayment refundable within 48 hours of booking unless check‑in is within 2 weeks (then different policy applies)
– Price includes accommodation only. Tourist tax, parking, extra cleaning and linen changes (on request) are not included in the price
– On request: airport pickup/transfer, extra cleaning, guided tours (extra charge)
