Brand new sea-view apartments (built in 2022), fully equipped (75 m2) for 6 guests, offer breathtaking views of the enchanting Bay of Kotor.

The apartments feature 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) and a sofa bed in the living room, easily converting into a comfortable double bed. Enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower.

The complex offers a communal pool and a cozy lounge area for complete relaxation. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and watch your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. Please note that the apartments are located on the second floor and there is no elevator.

Dobrota Promenade and the nearest beach (next to the 5-star Huma Hotel) are approximately 400m. There are excellent restaurants along the waterfront (Konoba Portun). The old town of Kotor is 5 minutes away by taxi. Or a 30 minute walk along the waterfront.

Minimum booking: 7 days. For bookings of less than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros is charged. Additionally, a tourist tax of 1 euro per day for each adult and 0.5 euros per day for children aged 12-18 is payable.

Booking rules: To confirm a booking, a 50% prepayment of the booking amount is required, with the remaining amount paid upon check-in. The price includes accommodation in the apartments. Tourist tax, and additional cleaning and linen changes (upon request) are paid separately. Upon request, airport pick-up, transfer, additional cleaning, and guided tours can be arranged.
