The apartment is located just 100 meters from the beach and Dobrota’s waterfront with its restaurants.
Kotor Old Town, with its attractions and lively entertainment, is a 20-minute walk away, making it convenient and comfortable for the whole family.

Private parking and a shared pool with a lounge area are available.

Located on the third floor, this intimate building comprises only 6 apartments and offers a lounge area with a pool. The property is gated, ensuring a peaceful retreat for your family.

Dobrota seafront and the nearest beach (next to the 5-star Huma Hotel) are approximately 300m. There are excellent restaurants along the waterfront (Konoba Portun). The old town of Kotor is 5 minutes away by car or 30 minute walk along the waterfront.

Minimum booking: 7 days. For bookings of less than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros is charged. Additionally, a tourist tax of 1 euro per day for each adult and 0.5 euros per day for children aged 12-18 is payable.

Booking rules: To confirm a reservation, a 50% prepayment of the booking amount is required, with the remaining amount paid upon check-in. The 50% prepayment is non refundable. The price includes accommodation in the apartments. Tourist tax, and additional cleaning and linen changes (upon request) are paid separately. Upon request, airport pick-up, transfer, additional cleaning, and guided tours can be arranged.

The host was very responsive and helpful, especially with directions to the property. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ drive from the Old Town, and waking up to beautiful sea views was a real highlight. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

Walking distance to the beach . Marina was super helpful and responsive , and accommodated all of our needs, including sending someone to fix something we needed help with right away. The apartment was perfectly suited for our family of 6, fully stocked kitchen , walk in closet with extra towels, a crib and more. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back !!

A lovely and clean apartment on the top floor, in a secure location, within walking distance to
everything nearby. It’s less than a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach, where you can rent an
umbrella and chair for 10-15 euros. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The
apartment had all the necessary amenities for cooking breakfast. It’s close enough to all the
attractions but just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the major hotels. We would
definitely choose to stay here again.

Die Wohnung lag in der Nähe eines Basketballplatzes, was für uns besonders wichtig war. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man während eines Urlaubs benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

It was a very nice stay at Marina’s place, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach (although the way there and back is quite steep). The terrace with a beautiful view of the bay was definitely one of our favorite things, and there’s also an accessible public swimming pool nearby. The A/C in the living room was a bit weaker than the one in the bedroom, so those sleeping on the sofa struggled a little at night. Apart from that, the flat had everything we could possibly need, thanks to Marina, we were even able to do our laundry!

The apartment was in a perfect location for our stay in Budva and was very easy to access. The views from the windows were absolutely stunning. We were aware of the parking situation in advance, but chose to pay for parking so we could have easy access to our car. Overall, we had a great stay!

We loved the location. The apartment is outside the busy tourist area, yet the Old Town is close and inexpensive to reach by taxi. There’s a convenient beach and restaurants within walking distance.
