A two-bedroom apartment with sea views just 15 meters from the beach in Dobrota, Kotor.

The 100-m2 rental is designed to fit 6 adults (+1 infant) and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, 1 full bathroom, full kitchen, a dining area for 6 people, and a spacious balcony with sea view.

The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences including:

The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. Full AC. A convenient work desk is the double bedroom.

The living room and double bedroom offer panoramic views of the Bay of Kotor while the other bedroom has nice garden views.

The main balcony has lounge furniture, sunbeds, and sun umbrella – perfect to enjoy the splendid scenery around. Upon request, a high chair and a crib are provided. The apartment is on the first floor. Free parking and video surveillance are available in the building.

Where we are

Seafront is 15 meters away, there is a quiet public beach close by, and a few restaurants. Children’s playground is 250 meters away. A public bus stop is 200 away from the house so you can use local bus to get to Kotor old town and other places. CITY supermarket is on the same side of the main road and is about 250 meters away. Also there is a nice bakery and grill called Pekara AS.

Booking rules
To confirm a booking, a 50% prepayment of the booking amount is required, with the remaining amount paid upon check-in. The 50% prepayment is fully refundable with 48 hours of booking. After that, it becomes non refundable. The price includes accommodation in the apartments. For bookings of less than 7 days, additional cleaning fee is charged (it is displayed on your reservation screen). Additionally, a tourist tax of 1 euro per day for each adult and 0.5 euros per day for children aged 12-18 has to be paid as local tourist tax at local tourist office.
Tourist tax, and additional cleaning and linen changes (upon request) are paid separately.
Upon request, airport pick-up, transfer, additional cleaning, and guided tours can be arranged.
