Seafront is 15 meters away, there is a quiet public beach there, and a few restaurants. Children’s playground is 250 meters away. A public bus stop is 200 away from the house so you can use local bus to get to Kotor old town and other places. CITY supermarket is on the same side of the main road and is about 250 meters away. Also there is a nice bakery and grill called Pekara AS.

Dobrota Promenade and the nearest beach (next to the 5-star Huma Hotel) are approximately 400m. There are excellent restaurants along the waterfront (Konoba Portun). The old town of Kotor is 5 minutes away by taxi. Or a 30 minute walk along the waterfront.

Minimum booking: 7 days. For bookings of less than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee of 80 euros is charged. Additionally, a tourist tax of 1 euro per day for each adult and 0.5 euros per day for children aged 12-18 is payable.

Booking rules: To confirm a booking, a 50% prepayment of the booking amount is required, with the remaining amount paid upon check-in. The price includes accommodation in the apartments. Tourist tax, and additional cleaning and linen changes (upon request) are paid separately. Upon request, airport pick-up, transfer, additional cleaning, and guided tours can be arranged.
