Nestled in a peaceful location close to Huma Hotel, the apartment is just a short stroll from the waterfront promenade, beaches, restaurants, and cafés. The historic Old Town of Kotor can be reached in 10 minutes by car, or via a scenic 30–40 minute walk along the shoreline of the bay.

**Booking & Cancellation Policy**

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance payable upon arrival.

The accommodation rate covers your stay in the apartment. Tourist tax is charged separately. Additional housekeeping services and linen changes can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, with a full refund of the deposit. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
