Guests can enjoy access to a shared swimming pool which is seasonal – usually available from June to September – please email us about the dates of opening if you are not sure.

Located in the peaceful seaside neighborhood of Dobrota, near Huma Hotel, the apartment is within easy walking distance of the waterfront promenade, beaches, restaurants, and cafés. Kotor Old Town is just a 10-minute drive away, or a scenic 30–40 minute walk along the beautiful Bay of Kotor shoreline.

Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and is charged at €1 per person, per day.

Prepayment & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance payable upon check-in.

The accommodation rate includes your stay in the apartment. Please note that the tourist tax is not included and will be charged separately. Additional cleaning services and linen changes are available upon request for an extra fee.

The 50% deposit is fully refundable for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
