Novi divni stan u uglednom stambenom kompleksu Harmonija naselja Bečići/Budva sa panoramnim pogledima na more i planine.

Stan površine 65 m2 je namijenjen za 4 odraslih osoba (+1 beba) i sastoji se od spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka sa sofom na rasklapanje, garderobne prostorije, kupatila, kuhinje, trpezarije za 4 osoba. Zahvaljujući panoramnom prozoru iz dnevnog boravka otvara se veličanstven pogled na more, planine i naselje Bečići. Stan je opremljen sa svom savremenom aparaturom: veš mašinom, mašinom za sušenje, za suđe, rernom, pločnim šporetom, aspiratorom, velikim frižiderom, klimom, upravljanjem “pametne kuće”, internetom, TV, aparatom za kafu, električnim čajnikom, mikrotalasnom, tosterom, peglom, fenom. Po zahtjevu obezbjeđujemo stolicu za hranjenje i krevetić za bebe.

U zgradi postoji plaćeni parking i lift.

Stambeni kompleks se nalazi uz susjedni kompleks Dukley. Pješčane plaže, supermarketi, kafići i restorani se nalaze na pješačkoj udaljenosti. Izlaz iz zgrade je direktno na šetlište.

В целом нам понравилось наше семейное пребывание в этой квартире. Виды потрясающие, и
завтракать на балконе с видом на горы и залив было прекрасно. Место соответствовало
описанию, было чисто и в хорошем состоянии. Нам также понравилось пользоваться
бассейном в комплексе. Марина отвечала быстро на все вопросы. Во время нашего
пребывания сломался кондиционер в одной из спален, но в течение пары дней его оперативно
починили. Спасибо!

Красивый дом с удивительным видом на море и всем необходимым для комфортного
проживания. Нас зарегистрировали в полиции и помогли с туристическим налогом – очень
удобно. Определенно рекомендую для семейного проживания, если у вас есть автомобиль
для путешествия по побережью Черногории.

A lovely and clean apartment on the top floor, in a secure location, within walking distance to
everything nearby. It’s less than a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach, where you can rent an
umbrella and chair for 10-15 euros. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The
apartment had all the necessary amenities for cooking breakfast. It’s close enough to all the
attractions but just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the major hotels. We would
definitely choose to stay here again.

The apartment was extremely clean, and the furnishings were of very high quality. It's fully
equipped with everything you might need. You get more than what you see in the photos. The
location is excellent. This residence stands out from many places you can rent in Kotor.
2montenegro team is incredibly helpful and friendly, and respond immediately. We will definitely
