Harmonia: divni stan sa 2 spavaće sobe u uglednom stambenom kompleksu Harmonija by Dukley u naselju Bečići/Budva, na par minuta peske od pescane plaže sa panoramskim pogledom na more i planinu.

Stan površine 100 m2 je namijenjen za 6 odraslih osoba (+1 beba) i sastoji se od 2 spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka sa ugaonom na rasklapanje, garderobera, kupatila, kuhinje, trpezarije za 6 osoba. Zahvaljujući panoramskim prozorima iz dnevnog boravka otvara se veličanstven pogled na more, planine i naselje Bečići. Stan je opremljen sa svom savremenom aparaturom: veš mašinom, mašinom za sušenje, za suđe, rernom, pločnim šporetom, aspiratorom, velikim frižiderom, (sve to firme Bosh), klimom u svakoj sobi, upravljanjem “pametne kuće”, wifi, TV, aparatom za kafu, električnim čajnikom, mikrotalasnom, tosterom, peglom, fenom. Po zahtjevu obezbjeđujemo stolicu za hranjenje i krevetić za bebu.

U zgradi ima lift i naplatni parking. 6 sprat.

Stambeni kompleks se nalazi uz susjedni kompleks Dukley i ima pristup njegovoj plaži (uz dodatnu naplatu) i restoranima kao i javnim plazama Becici i Budve. Pješčane plaže, supermarketi, kafići i restorani se nalaze na pješačkoj udaljenosti. Izlaz iz zgrade je direktno na šetalište.

We loved the location. The apartment is outside the busy tourist area, yet the Old Town is close and inexpensive to reach by taxi. There’s a convenient beach and restaurants within walking distance.

It was a very nice stay at Marina’s place, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach (although the way there and back is quite steep). The terrace with a beautiful view of the bay was definitely one of our favorite things, and there’s also an accessible public swimming pool nearby. The A/C in the living room was a bit weaker than the one in the bedroom, so those sleeping on the sofa struggled a little at night. Apart from that, the flat had everything we could possibly need, thanks to Marina, we were even able to do our laundry!

התארחנו אצל מרינה בדירה מס’ 1 ל 3 לילות, המיקום של הבית מעולה עם ירידה לים נוחה. הדירה מאובזרת ונקיה, לא היה חסר כלום. ליד הדירה יש סופר קרוב ומאפייה מעולה, המיקום נוח מאוד לבלות בחופים של האזור וגם ממרכז העיר בנסיעה קצרה, מרינה דאגה להנחות אותנו בנושא המיסוי העירוני ואפילו ביצעה זאת בשבילנו בלי להטריח אותנו. תודה מרינה היה מושלם!

Walking distance to the beach . Marina was super helpful and responsive , and accommodated all of our needs, including sending someone to fix something we needed help with right away. The apartment was perfectly suited for our family of 6, fully stocked kitchen , walk in closet with extra towels, a crib and more. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back !!

The host was very responsive and helpful, especially with directions to the property. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ drive from the Old Town, and waking up to beautiful sea views was a real highlight. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

A lovely and clean apartment on the top floor, in a secure location, within walking distance to
everything nearby. It’s less than a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach, where you can rent an
umbrella and chair for 10-15 euros. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The
apartment had all the necessary amenities for cooking breakfast. It’s close enough to all the
attractions but just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the major hotels. We would
definitely choose to stay here again.

Die Wohnung lag in der Nähe eines Basketballplatzes, was für uns besonders wichtig war. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man während eines Urlaubs benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

The apartment was in a perfect location for our stay in Budva and was very easy to access. The views from the windows were absolutely stunning. We were aware of the parking situation in advance, but chose to pay for parking so we could have easy access to our car. Overall, we had a great stay!
