The 100 m2 apartment is designed for 6 adults (+1 infant) and consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a walk-in closet, full bathroom, kitchen, and a dining area for 6 people. Thanks to panoramic window wall in the living room, you will enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, mountains, and Becici. The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences: Bosch washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, oven and hob, extractor hood, large refrigerator, air conditioning in each room, smart home control, wifi, TV, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, iron, and hairdryer. Upon request, a high chair for feeding and a baby crib are provided.

The building has lift and paid parking. The apartment is on the 6th floor.

Harmonia condo also hosts Harmonia hotel by Dukley and is adjacent to the Dukley complex. We have free access to Becici and Budva sandy beaches, and paid access to Dukley beach and pool club (for an additional fee) and restaurants. There is a restaurant inside Harmonia condo with buffet breakfast, as well as pilates studio, and nail studio. Local sinagoge and the only kosher restaurant in Budva (Chabad House) are also inside Harmonia condo. Sandy beaches, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance.

Fees & taxes
– Cleaning fee: applied for stays under 7 nights (added to final quote)
– Tourist tax: €1 per adult/day; €0.50 per day for children 12–18 (paid separately)

Booking & payment terms
– 50% prepayment required to confirm booking; remaining balance due at check‑in
– 50% prepayment refundable within 48 hours of booking unless check‑in is within 2 weeks (then different policy applies)
– Price includes accommodation only. Tourist tax, parking, extra cleaning and linen changes (on request) are extra
