Novi stan sa dizajnerskim interijerom u kući sa bazenom. 2 spavaće sobe, pogled na more, bogat komplet kućnih aparata. Stan je predviđen za 4 osobe (za bebe imamo prenosivi krevetić i stolicu za hranjenje). Prizemlje, parking, wifi, netflix, smartTV, klima u svim sobama. Opšti bazen sa dnevnim boravkom i ležaljkama.

Šetalište Dobrote i najbliža plaža udaljeni su oko 400 metara (oblast hotela “Huma” 5*), odlični restorani su pored mora (Konoba Portun), a do starog grada Kotora je 5 minuta taksijem ili 30 minuta pješke po šetalištu.

Minimalna rezervacija: 7 dana. Pri rezervaciji kraćoj od 7 noći dodatno se naplaćuje 50 evra naknade za čišćenje. Dodatno se plaća turistička taksa od 1 euro/dan za svaku odraslu osobu i 0,5 evra/dan za dete od 12-18 godina.

The apartment was in a perfect location for our stay in Budva and was very easy to access. The views from the windows were absolutely stunning. We were aware of the parking situation in advance, but chose to pay for parking so we could have easy access to our car. Overall, we had a great stay!

Квартира была чистой, уютной и полностью соответствовала описанию. Мы также с удовольствием пользовались бассейном на территории. Марина всегда была на связи и быстро отвечала на наши вопросы. Во время отдыха возникла небольшая проблема с кондиционером в одной из спален, но её оперативно решили в течение нескольких дней. Спасибо за приятный отдых!

התארחנו אצל מרינה בדירה מס’ 1 ל 3 לילות, המיקום של הבית מעולה עם ירידה לים נוחה. הדירה מאובזרת ונקיה, לא היה חסר כלום. ליד הדירה יש סופר קרוב ומאפייה מעולה, המיקום נוח מאוד לבלות בחופים של האזור וגם ממרכז העיר בנסיעה קצרה, מרינה דאגה להנחות אותנו בנושא המיסוי העירוני ואפילו ביצעה זאת בשבילנו בלי להטריח אותנו. תודה מרינה היה מושלם!

We had a pleasant holiday in this lovely house with beautiful views. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Bath towels were provided, and it’s worth bringing your own shampoo and personal toiletries.

Walking distance to the beach . Marina was super helpful and responsive , and accommodated all of our needs, including sending someone to fix something we needed help with right away. The apartment was perfectly suited for our family of 6, fully stocked kitchen , walk in closet with extra towels, a crib and more. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back !!

We loved the location. The apartment is outside the busy tourist area, yet the Old Town is close and inexpensive to reach by taxi. There’s a convenient beach and restaurants within walking distance.

A lovely and clean apartment on the top floor, in a secure location, within walking distance to
everything nearby. It’s less than a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach, where you can rent an
umbrella and chair for 10-15 euros. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The
apartment had all the necessary amenities for cooking breakfast. It’s close enough to all the
attractions but just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the major hotels. We would
definitely choose to stay here again.

Die Wohnung lag in der Nähe eines Basketballplatzes, was für uns besonders wichtig war. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man während eines Urlaubs benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
