A new apartment with designer renovation in a building with a pool. It features 2 bedrooms, sea views, and a rich set of household appliances. The apartment is designed for 4 guests (if you have a baby with you, we provide a crib and a high chair). Located on the ground floor, it includes parking, WiFi, Netflix, smart TV, and air conditioning in all rooms. Shared pool with a lounge area featuring loungers.

The Dobrota waterfront and the nearest beach are approximately 400 meters away (near the 5-star Huma Hotel), with excellent restaurants along the waterfront (Konoba Portun). The old town of Kotor is a 5-minute taxi ride or a 30-minute walk along the waterfront.

Minimum booking: 7 days. For bookings of less than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros is charged. Additionally, a tourist tax of 1 euro per day for each adult and 0.5 euros per day for children aged 12-18 is payable.

Booking rules: To confirm a booking, a 50% prepayment of the booking amount is required, with the remaining amount paid upon check-in. The price includes accommodation in the apartments. Tourist tax, and additional cleaning and linen changes (upon request) are paid separately. Upon request, airport pick-up, transfer, additional cleaning, and guided tours can be arranged.
