A lovely and clean apartment on the top floor, in a secure location, within walking distance to
everything nearby. It’s less than a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach, where you can rent an
umbrella and chair for 10-15 euros. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The
apartment had all the necessary amenities for cooking breakfast. It’s close enough to all the
attractions but just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the major hotels. We would
definitely choose to stay here again.

location is excellent. This residence stands out from many places you can rent in Kotor.

Красивый дом с удивительным видом на море и всем необходимым для комфортного
проживания. Нас зарегистрировали в полиции и помогли с туристическим налогом – очень
удобно. Определенно рекомендую для семейного проживания, если у вас есть автомобиль
для путешествия по побережью Черногории.

Нам понравилось месторасположение, апартаменты находятся за пределами активной
туристической зоны, а до старого города близко и не дорого на такси. Удобный пляж,
рестораны пешком.

В целом нам понравилось наше семейное пребывание в этой квартире. Виды потрясающие, и
завтракать на балконе с видом на горы и залив было прекрасно. Место соответствовало
описанию, было чисто и в хорошем состоянии. Нам также понравилось пользоваться
бассейном в комплексе. Марина отвечала быстро на все вопросы. Во время нашего
пребывания сломался кондиционер в одной из спален, но в течение пары дней его оперативно
починили. Спасибо!
