A two-bedroom apartment in a new condominium in the best part of Dobrota village (Kotor). Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. Located on the ground floor. Equipped with a wide range of household appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, large refrigerator. WiFi, air conditioning in every room, terrace overlooking the sea and Dobrota, parking. Shared pool with a lounge area featuring loungers.

The 2montenegro LIMETA Apartments complex is within walking distance of the 5-star Huma and Forza Terre hotels, as well as restaurants and the Dobrota waterfront (our recommended restaurant is Konoba Portun).

The pool is available from May to October.

Dobrota Promenade and the nearest beach (next to the 5-star Huma Hotel) are approximately 400m. There are excellent restaurants along the waterfront (Konoba Portun). The old town of Kotor is 5 minutes away by taxi. Or a 30 minute walk along the waterfront.

Minimum booking: 7 days. For bookings of less than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee of 50 euros is charged. Additionally, a tourist tax of 1 euro per day for each adult and 0.5 euros per day for children aged 12-18 is payable.

Booking rules: To confirm a booking, a 50% prepayment of the booking amount is required, with the remaining amount paid upon check-in. The price includes accommodation in the apartments. Tourist tax, and additional cleaning and linen changes (upon request) are paid separately. Upon request, airport pick-up, transfer, additional cleaning, and guided tours can be arranged.
