Potpuno nov stan sa 1 spavaćom sobom idealan za kraći ili duži boravak. Samo 15 metara od mora i besplatne plaže i šetališta sa restoranima. Prelepa privatna bašta sa nadstrešnicom od kivija i pogledom na more učiniće vaš odmor na otvorenom opuštajućim i prijatnim, a tu je i roštilj!

Jednosoban stan od 60 m2 može lako da primi 4 odrasle osobe. Poseduje potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, Vi-Fi, klima uređaj za grejanje i hlađenje (u dnevnoj i spavaćoj sobi), udoban sto za laptop za dvoje. Privatni parking, blizina supermarketa i autobuske stanice čine ga odličnom bazom za izlete i šetnje starim gradom i oko cijelog Bokokotorskog zaliva u bilo koje doba godine. Dječji krevetić i visoka stolica na zahtjev.

Nalazimo se 15 metara od mora i besplatne male šljunčane plaže. Gradski supermarket i pekara i roštilj udaljeni su 300 metara. Postoji nekoliko lokalnih restorana (Premjer Beach Bar kao i Konoba Barba su dobri lokalni restorani za jelo u blizini). Za isporuku možete koristiti aplikaciju Glovo. Nalazimo se na oko 10 minuta od starog grada Kotora.

A lovely and clean apartment on the top floor, in a secure location, within walking distance to
everything nearby. It’s less than a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach, where you can rent an
umbrella and chair for 10-15 euros. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The
apartment had all the necessary amenities for cooking breakfast. It’s close enough to all the
attractions but just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the major hotels. We would
definitely choose to stay here again.

Walking distance to the beach . Marina was super helpful and responsive , and accommodated all of our needs, including sending someone to fix something we needed help with right away. The apartment was perfectly suited for our family of 6, fully stocked kitchen , walk in closet with extra towels, a crib and more. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back !!

התארחנו אצל מרינה בדירה מס’ 1 ל 3 לילות, המיקום של הבית מעולה עם ירידה לים נוחה. הדירה מאובזרת ונקיה, לא היה חסר כלום. ליד הדירה יש סופר קרוב ומאפייה מעולה, המיקום נוח מאוד לבלות בחופים של האזור וגם ממרכז העיר בנסיעה קצרה, מרינה דאגה להנחות אותנו בנושא המיסוי העירוני ואפילו ביצעה זאת בשבילנו בלי להטריח אותנו. תודה מרינה היה מושלם!

We had a pleasant holiday in this lovely house with beautiful views. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Bath towels were provided, and it’s worth bringing your own shampoo and personal toiletries.
