A beautiful private garden with a kiwi canopy and sea views will make your outdoor holiday relaxing and enjoyable, and there is also a barbecue!

The one bedroom apartment of 60 m2 can easily accommodate 4 adults.

Proximity to a supermarket and bus stop make it an excellent base for trips and walks into the old town and around the entire Bay of Kotor at any time of the year. Baby cot and high chair on request.

We are located 15 meters from the sea and a free small pebble beach. City Supermarket and a bakery and grill are 300 meters away. There are several local restaurants (Premjer Beach Bar as well as Konoba Barba are good local restaurants to eat nearby). For delivery you can use the Glovo app. We are located approximately 10 minutes from the old town of Kotor.

Minimum booking: 7 days. For bookings of less than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee is charged. Additionally, a tourist tax of 1 euro per day for each adult and 0.5 euros per day for children aged 12-18 is payable.

Booking rules: To confirm a booking, a 50% prepayment of the booking amount is required, with the remaining amount paid upon check-in. The price includes accommodation in the apartments. Tourist tax, and additional cleaning and linen changes (upon request) are paid separately. Upon request, airport pick-up, transfer, additional cleaning, and guided tours can be arranged.
