The apartment is located in a residential area of Kotor and within walking distance from the old town of Kotor and other attractions. The waterfront with cafes and restaurants is about 400 meters downhill (there are steps and a slope – but you get the panoramic view!). The nearest beach is 10 minute walk away. Taxi to Kotor old town will cost around 7-8 euros.

Dobrota is a quiet part of Kotor and is attractive for beach or walking holiday. Dobrota has small pebble beaches and slow traffic does not interfere with walks. Here you will find the 5-star Forza Terra and Huma hotels, several local cafes and restaurants, including konoba Portun which is loved by locals and tourists.

Minimum booking: 7 days For bookings of less than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee of 60 euros is charged. Additionally, a tourist tax of 1 euro per day for each adult and 0.5 euros per day for children aged 12-18 is payable.

Booking rules: To confirm your reservation, a 50% prepayment of the booking amount is required, with the remaining amount paid upon check-in. The price includes accommodation in the apartments. Tourist tax, and additional cleaning and linen changes (upon request) are not included in the cost of stay. Upon request, airport pick-up, transfer, additional cleaning, and guided tours are possible.

A lovely and clean apartment on the top floor, in a secure location, within walking distance to
everything nearby. It’s less than a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach, where you can rent an
umbrella and chair for 10-15 euros. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The
apartment had all the necessary amenities for cooking breakfast. It’s close enough to all the
attractions but just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the major hotels. We would
definitely choose to stay here again.

We had a pleasant holiday in this lovely house with beautiful views. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Bath towels were provided, and it’s worth bringing your own shampoo and personal toiletries.

It was a very nice stay at Marina’s place, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach (although the way there and back is quite steep). The terrace with a beautiful view of the bay was definitely one of our favorite things, and there’s also an accessible public swimming pool nearby. The A/C in the living room was a bit weaker than the one in the bedroom, so those sleeping on the sofa struggled a little at night. Apart from that, the flat had everything we could possibly need, thanks to Marina, we were even able to do our laundry!

We loved the location. The apartment is outside the busy tourist area, yet the Old Town is close and inexpensive to reach by taxi. There’s a convenient beach and restaurants within walking distance.
