Квартира находится в спальном районе и при этом в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей старого города Котора. До набережной с кафе и ресторанами около 400 метров спуска (есть ступени). Ближайший пляж находится на удалении 10 минут ходьбы. Такси до старого города Котор обойдется в пределах 7-8 евро.

Именно Доброта привлекательна для пляжного отдыха, В Доброте имеются небольшие галечные пляжи и замедленное автомобильное движение не мешает прогулкам. Здесь расположился 5-звездочный отель Forza Terra и Huma, несколько традиционных кафе и ресторанов, в том числе полюбившийся местным жителям и туристам ресторан konoba Portun.

We had a pleasant holiday in this lovely house with beautiful views. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Bath towels were provided, and it’s worth bringing your own shampoo and personal toiletries.

The host was very responsive and helpful, especially with directions to the property. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ drive from the Old Town, and waking up to beautiful sea views was a real highlight. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

Die Wohnung lag in der Nähe eines Basketballplatzes, was für uns besonders wichtig war. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man während eines Urlaubs benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

It was a very nice stay at Marina’s place, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach (although the way there and back is quite steep). The terrace with a beautiful view of the bay was definitely one of our favorite things, and there’s also an accessible public swimming pool nearby. The A/C in the living room was a bit weaker than the one in the bedroom, so those sleeping on the sofa struggled a little at night. Apart from that, the flat had everything we could possibly need, thanks to Marina, we were even able to do our laundry!

A lovely and clean apartment on the top floor, in a secure location, within walking distance to
everything nearby. It’s less than a 5-minute leisurely walk to the beach, where you can rent an
umbrella and chair for 10-15 euros. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The
apartment had all the necessary amenities for cooking breakfast. It’s close enough to all the
attractions but just far enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the major hotels. We would
definitely choose to stay here again.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was even better than the photos! The location is excellent, and the property truly stands out among the many places to stay in Kotor. The 2Montenegro team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We loved the location. The apartment is outside the busy tourist area, yet the Old Town is close and inexpensive to reach by taxi. There’s a convenient beach and restaurants within walking distance.
