Newly decorated Kotor apartment with pool. Great panoramic views over the Bay of Kotor and Perast from balcony and all rooms. The apartment is on the top floor of a new building with free street parking and a shared swimming pool (4th floor without lift – but you have the truly breathtaking sea view!). The apartment with a total area of 55 m2 sleeps 4 and consists of a separate bedroom (one king size bed 160×200 cm), wardrobe, balcony access), living room with a sofa bed (extra bed for 2 more guests), kitchen, bathroom (shower), balcony with panoramic sea view. Street parking available.

The apartment is located in a quieter part of Kotor called Dobrota – close to the beaches but walkable to the old town. In Dobrota, you will have nicer beaches and crowd free seafront compared to Kotor port in front of the old town. The waterfront with cafes and restaurants is about 400 meters downhill (there are steps and a slope – but you get the panoramic view!). The nearest beach is 10 minute walk away – you can check Huma hotel surroundings. Taxi to Kotor old town will cost around 10 euros.

Dobrota is a quiet part of Kotor and is attractive for beach or walking holiday. Dobrota has small pebble beaches and slow traffic does not interfere with walks. Here you will find the 5-star Forza Terra and Huma hotels, several local cafes and restaurants, including konoba Portun which is loved by locals and tourists.

Minimum booking: 7 days For bookings of less than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee of 60 euros is charged. Additionally, a tourist tax of 1 euro per day for each adult and 0.5 euros per day for children aged 12-18 is payable. Swimming pool is seasonal usually available June through September.

Booking rules: To confirm your reservation, a 50% prepayment of the booking amount is required, with the remaining amount paid upon check-in. The price includes accommodation in the apartment and final cleaning. Tourist tax, additional cleaning and linen change (upon request) are not included in the cost of stay. Upon request, airport pick-up, transfer, extra cleaning, and guided tours are possible.
