Новая квартира с панорамным видом на Бока-которский залив в Доброте (Котор). Квартира расположена на четвертом этаже нового дома с бассейном (без лифта). Квартира общей площадью 55 м2 состоит из отдельной спальни (одна двуспальная кровать, шкаф), гостиной с раскладывающимся диваном (дополнительное спальное место для двоих гостей), кухни, ванной (душ), террасы с видом на море. Бесплатная уличная парковка. Бассейн доступен с июня по сентябрь (включительно).

Квартира находится в спальном районе недалеко от пляжа и при этом в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей старого города Котора. До набережной с кафе и ресторанами около 400 метров спуска (есть ступени). Ближайший пляж находится на удалении 10 минут ходьбы. Такси до старого города Котор обойдется в пределах 10 евро.

Именно Доброта привлекательна для пляжного отдыха, В Доброте имеются небольшие галечные пляжи и замедленное автомобильное движение не мешает прогулкам. Здесь расположились 5-звездочные отели Forza Terra и Huma, несколько традиционных кафе и ресторанов, в том числе полюбившийся местным жителям и туристам ресторан konoba Portun.

התארחנו אצל מרינה בדירה מס’ 1 ל 3 לילות, המיקום של הבית מעולה עם ירידה לים נוחה. הדירה מאובזרת ונקיה, לא היה חסר כלום. ליד הדירה יש סופר קרוב ומאפייה מעולה, המיקום נוח מאוד לבלות בחופים של האזור וגם ממרכז העיר בנסיעה קצרה, מרינה דאגה להנחות אותנו בנושא המיסוי העירוני ואפילו ביצעה זאת בשבילנו בלי להטריח אותנו. תודה מרינה היה מושלם!

Walking distance to the beach . Marina was super helpful and responsive , and accommodated all of our needs, including sending someone to fix something we needed help with right away. The apartment was perfectly suited for our family of 6, fully stocked kitchen , walk in closet with extra towels, a crib and more. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back !!

Die Wohnung lag in der Nähe eines Basketballplatzes, was für uns besonders wichtig war. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und bot alles, was man während eines Urlaubs benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had a pleasant holiday in this lovely house with beautiful views. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, with one double bed, two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. Bath towels were provided, and it’s worth bringing your own shampoo and personal toiletries.

It was a very nice stay at Marina’s place, just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach (although the way there and back is quite steep). The terrace with a beautiful view of the bay was definitely one of our favorite things, and there’s also an accessible public swimming pool nearby. The A/C in the living room was a bit weaker than the one in the bedroom, so those sleeping on the sofa struggled a little at night. Apart from that, the flat had everything we could possibly need, thanks to Marina, we were even able to do our laundry!

We loved the location. The apartment is outside the busy tourist area, yet the Old Town is close and inexpensive to reach by taxi. There’s a convenient beach and restaurants within walking distance.
